The Pastor’s Aide Ministry Team consist of those with a servant’s heart who act as the spiritual and emotional support system of the pastor. They anticipate the pastor’s needs, facilitate pastor appreciation, and assume the duty to defend the pastor. The ministry team is responsible for understanding that the ultimate goal is to be a blessing to the Blessing that God has given us in a pastor.
